1. Henry OT Services, Inc. accepts orders on a Pre-Paid basis only, (Payment can include check or money order sent in with order form. Orders accepted online with valid MasterCard/Visa or Discover) Purchase Orders are accepted in writing from USA schools/organizations with prior approval from our office! Purchase Orders may be mailed to the address listed below. Purchase orders must be signed and must include a contact phone number.

9. Returns are accepted within 30 days for a full refund as long as the item(s) are in new sellable condition. Exceptions: Due to copyright law, returns or refunds cannot be accepted for any recordings. This includes Video Tapes, Audio Tapes, and Compact Discs. If an item is defective we will gladly exchange for a like item. Exchanges for any other reason cannot be accepted.
